      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add kombucha and set to 2 min/37 degrees/sp 1.5

    2. When the temperature of the kombucha hits 37degrees slowly add in gelatin through the top until all combined.

    3. Gently pour the mixture into your moulds.

    4. Chill until set, approximately 1 hour.

    5. Once set remove from moulds and store in the fridge.

    These set quite firm.
