Ingredients
Chocolate Marshmallow Slice
- 150 grams self-raising flour
- 90 grams dessicated coconut
- 30 grams Cornflakes
- 12 grams cocoa powder, 70% cocoa
- 125 grams sugar
- .5 tsp vanilla extract
- 125 grams Butter
- 30 grams gelatin
- 280 grams water
- 330 grams icing sugar
- 180 grams Dark Chocolate Melts
- .5 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp coconut oil

- Preheat oven to 180°C. Grease and line slice tin.
- Add butter to TM bowl. Melt 2 min/80°C/Speed 1
- Add self-raising flour, coconut, cocoa, cornflakes, sugar and vanilla. 10 sec/Speed 4. Repeat if not base-like/fully combined. Press into tin, bake 15 minutes.
- Clean and dry mixing bowl.
- Add icing sugar and 140g water. Heat 15 min/100°C/speed 2
- Place glass bowl on lid and weigh in gelatin and remaining 140g water. Set aside 3-5 minutes.
- Add gelatine mix. 2 min/100°C/speed 2. Allow to cool in mixing bowl until temperature drops below 50°C, around 45 minutes.
- Add vanilla extract and insert butterfly whisk. 7 min/speed 3.5
- Pour over base. Leave to set at room temperature.
- Place dark chocolate melts into mixing bowl and grate 5 sec/speed 8
- Add coconut oil and melt 2 min 30 sec/50°C/speed 2. Pour over marshmallow and leave out or regrigerate to set. Enjoy!
