If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Add all ingredients to bowl
Blitz SP 9 / 8 sec until well combined
Roll into bite size balls and roll in coconut
Store in the fridge for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.

I just made these, the only variant i made was that i added a little coconut oil and 2drops of vanilla extract for added moisture to help bind. But a very nice recipe 😁
