Lemon Chia Bliss Balls

Ingredients

20 piece(s)

  • 120 g Roasted almonds, unsalted
  • 100 g medjool dates, approx 7
  • 40 g Coconut
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • zest of 1 lemon, microplaned
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 10 g Coconut, for rolling

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to bowl

     

    Blitz SP 9 / 8 sec until well combined

     

    Roll into bite size balls and roll in coconut

     

    Store in the fridge for up to 7 days or in the freezer for up to 6 months.

    Makes approx. 20

    I just made these, the only variant i made was that i added a little coconut oil and 2drops of vanilla extract for added moisture to help bind. But a very nice recipe 😁
