  • 1 leek, rough chopped
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 6 spring onions
  • 6 brussels sprouts remove ends
  • 1 swede,peeled rougly chopped
  • 100 grams 100 grams green beans (ends trimmed)
  • 200 grams 2 sticks celery roughly chopped
  • big handful parsley.
  • Small bunch of chives, finely sliced
  • 150 grams sea salt
  • 20 grams canola or sunflower oil

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all vegetables and herbs to the bowl and chop for 10 seconds on speed 6. Scrape down the sides of the bowl. Add the salt and oil cook 20 minutes, varoma temperature, speed 1.

    Puree for 1 minute by gradually turning the speed dial to speed 9.

    Store in a glass jar in the fridge.

Use 1 tablespoon per litre of water.
