- 75-80 grams Cashews raw
- 500 grams water
- 2 apples, Cut into 1/4
- 4 heaped tablespoons LSA
- 1/2 heaped teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 banana
- 1 heaped teaspoon chia seeds, Optional

measure almonds, sunflower seeds and lindseeds into TMX bowl process 10 seconds speed 9. Transfer to a container and after use store remainder in refrigerator.
place cashews and water in TMX bowl process 1 minute speed 9.
add Apple that at has been cut into quarters and process 3sec /speed 5
add 4 tablespoons of LSA mixture, 1/2-1 teaspoon of cinnamon and cook 10 minutes/90 degrees/ speed 1
top with chopped banana and a sprinkling of chia seeds
