If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
measure almonds, sunflower seeds and lindseeds into TMX bowl process 10 seconds speed 9. Transfer to a container and after use store remainder in refrigerator.
place cashews and water in TMX bowl process 1 minute speed 9.
add Apple that at has been cut into quarters and process 3sec /speed 5
add 4 tablespoons of LSA mixture, 1/2-1 teaspoon of cinnamon and cook 10 minutes/90 degrees/ speed 1
top with chopped banana and a sprinkling of chia seeds

Yum! Mine didn't mix through properly though, so I had to mix it through with the spatula, then reset it for another 10 mins on speed 2.
Delicious though, nice and sweet, especially when topped with the banana.
