Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
the coconut butter is white and of butter consistency, NOT coconut oil. Ghee can be used as a substitute
Place all ingredients into TM and mix for 2 mins on speed 4
put in jar/container and KEEP IN FRIDGE. Do not take out for prolonged periods, it will separate
Use to coat baking forms, bread tins, quiche forms, bundt tins and silicone forms. Coat the form and place in fridge until you are ready for it. Leave the baking to cool in the form
coat bowls in which you prove bread, put paste on your hands before kneading dough, it won't stick.
Smear some on lid of TM when making tomato sauce, it won't discolour. Put some on the knives and the dough won't stick.
