Ingredients

Porridge

  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg ground
  • 4 cloves
  • 1 cm piece of ginger
  • .5 carrot
  • .5 Zuchini
  • 50 g coconut cream
  • 50 g water
  • 1 tbsp Nuts
  • .5 --- Pear, or any fruit of choice (Cooked)

Recipe's preparation

    Paleo Porridge
  1. Grind spices, 20secs/speed 9

    Add carrot and zucchini and chop 3 seconds/speed 5.

    Add milk and water, cook 6mins, 100 degrees, speed 1

    Serve topped with nuts and pear (or other fruit)

    Delicious thank you for sharing! I added a tablespoon of Bare Blends vanilla whey protein to it and it was divine. I think this will be my new favourite afternoon snack!
