Paleo Protein Nut Balls

Ball Mix

  • 180 g raw cashew
  • 180 g raw walnuts
  • 180 g pitted dates
  • 150 g Raw Pecan
  • 100 g Raw Macadamia
  • 90 g Dessicated/Shredded coconut
  • 2 scoops Protein Powder of your Choice

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ball ingredients into the bowl

  2. Blitz the ingredients on sp 8 for 15 seconds 

    Check consistently 

    Blitz again sp 8 / 15 seconds until desired consistency is achieved 

  3. Tip all ball ingredients into a large mixing bowl and form balls approx 2cm diameter by hand until all mix is used around 60 balls

  4. Roll balls in raw cacoa powder if desired or you can skip this step

  5. Place balls uncovered in the fridge for around 6 hours.

  6. Place balls into zip lock bags or sealable container.

  7. Enjoy 



You don't need to roll the balls in Cacoa if you don't want to.

These balls can be paleo friendly by either omitting the protein powder or choosing a paleo friendly powder.
