Recipe's preparation
- Insert butterfly.
- Add 500 g self-raising flour
add 2 eggs
add 80 grams white sugar
add 500 grams milk - Mix 60 sec/ speed 4 , scrape sides and mix 30 sec more if needed, until smooth consistency.
cook on a non stick pan or griddle on medium heat until bubbles appear, flip over and cook until golden brown.
place in thermoserver to keep warm while you cook remaining batter.
serve while warm.

cook in non stick pan or griddle , over medium heat.
pour palm size amount into pan, turn when bubbles appear and cook until golden brown.
Cook until all batter is used
Transfer into thermal serving bowl and serve while hot.
