  • 1 tbsp linseeds / flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 60 g Shredded coconut
  • 60 g oats
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add almonds and dates to mixing bowl. Chop turbo mode / 1 second. Repeat 3 times.
  2. Add remaining ingredients. Mix 5 seconds / speed 4. Store in airtight container.


You can add other nuts and fruits as you like. Eg dried apricots, sultanas, cashews etc
