Recipe's preparation
- INGREDIENTS
• 150g Almonds
• 100g Desiccated Coconut - plus extra for coating
• 30g Erythritol or Monk Fruit Sugar
• Lemon/Orange Rind
• 3T Lemon/Orange Juice
• 90g Cream Cheese
• 1t Vanilla Extract
- Place Almonds in bowl, lid on with MC, 10 seconds speed 5
- Add Coconut & Erythritol, 10 seconds speed 5, scrape sides of bowl
- Add Lemon/Orange Rind & juice, softened Cream Cheese and Vanilla Extract, 10 seconds, speed 5
Roll into teaspoon sized balls and roll into Coconut.
Refrigerate for 30 mins or until firm.
Enjoy these low carb Bliss Balls.
