Muesli

  • 400 g rolled oats
  • 180 g Nuts, Assorted to your taste
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 120 g Dried Fruit, Assorted to your taste
  • 100 g seeds, Assorted to your taste

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Muesli
  1. Preheat oven to 150°C
    Place a large bowl on top of TM and weigh in rolled oats, dried fruit, seeds and cinnamon

    In TM bowl add nuts and chop 2 sec spd 5, add to large bowl and mix everything together gently.
  2. In TM - weigh apple juice and honey
    3min/65°C/speed 2.5
  3. Stir apple juice mixture through dry muesli ingredient to evenly combine.
    Spread out on a baking tray and bake for 1 hour, stirring 2-3 times during cooking time.

    Allow to cool completely.

    Store in an airtight container.
