- 10 grams olive oil
- 2 pinches salt

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Pre heat oven 150
2. Add almonds and dates to bowl. Use chop feature > chocolate nut > almonds twice.
3. Add remainder of ingredients. Mix 4 sec/ reverse speed 4.
4. Spread onto baking paper on large tray cook @ 150 deg. 6mins, mix and repeat this 2 more times.
5. Cool on tray and store in airtight container.
