- 5 plain flour, Cups
- 2 level tablespoons baking powder
- 2 heaped tablespoons Caster Sugar (or milled from raw)
- 2 level teaspoons salt
- 250 grams Butter, Cold cubed

Measure five cups of plain flour into TM bowl along with dry ingredients. Blend together ten seconds speed five. Add cold butter cubes and pulse on short bursts until dispersed evenly. Store in a glass jar preferably or sealed container for up to six weeks in refridgerator. Can be frozen in portions if preferred.
Accessories you need
This mix has a variety of uses, from biscuits pancakes and cakes to adding to fritters quiches batters etc. only limited by your imagination. Can use gluten free or half whole meal flour as well. May need extra raising agent depending on the recipe. Works similar to commercially prepared premixes. For biscuits just add milk and whatever additions of fruit choc bits nuts etc you like. For pancakes whisk in two eggs milk and vanilla to a smooth batter
