  • 2 sticks velvet soap, 2 bars needed
  • 200 g epsom salt
  • 500 g Washing Soda
  • 5 drops Essential Oil of choice

      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation

    you will need
  1. Chop you soap with a knife into large chunks then add to ,mixing jug.20 sec/speed 9
    scrape down sides and repeat 20 sec/speed 9, you want it super fine so it will break down in cold water.
    Add 200g Epson Salts, 500g Washing Soda, 500g Bi Carb, mix together 30 sec/speed 4
    remove measuring cup, 30 sec/speed 2, while mixing add your favorite Essential oil
    final mix 3 sec/speed 7
    Store in an airtight container, it may go a little hard over time, if this does happen add back to mixing jug for 5 sec/speed 7
