For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Poner leche, agua y azucar en el bowl. Put milk, water and sugar in the bowl. 3min/37C/ velocidad 2
- agregar levadura 3min/vel 2
add yeast - agregar 480 g harina, 1 cdta sal y 42g manteca modo amazado /5min
add flour, salt and shortening dough mode/5min - hacer una bola, dejar leudar tapado por 20min. Calentar horno a 200 C
wrap in silicon mat, prove 20 min. Preheat ove 200C. - extender la masa, y doblar por la mitad, cortar hacer 8 circulos en total, pinchar con tenedor, dejar leudar por 20 min, pincelar con huevo resuelto, y hornear por 10-18 min
