      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Dough
  1. Make pizza dough as per instructions in Basic/Everyday Cookbook.  At kneading stage add the fennel seeds through hole in lid to incorporate into dough.

     

    Preheat oven to 200C.  Oil baking or pizza tray

     

    Wash grapes, drain and toss with half the sugar.  Divide the dough into two and roll out the first portion into pizza shape.  Place onto oiled tray,  Place half of the grapes ovewr this base leaving spaces between, sprinkle on half of the remaining sugar.

     

    Roll the second base shape and place over the first, push down round the edges and also in between grapes making 'valleys'.  Add the remainder of the grapes pushing them into the valleys, sprinkle with the remainder of the sugar.

     

    Bake for 40 minutes and enjoy
