Forum Substitute for vegetable stock concentrate?

Hi I was just about to make some risotta in my thermomix but realised I am out of vege stock concentrate and I dont have the ingredients to make another batch. Is there anything I could use in the recipe instead of vege stock concentrate please? Thanks

You could substitute it with a standard stock cube.

Thank you - this is what I did kind of - I used stock powder and added some celery powder also (all I had at the time) and it came out nicely. Will be making some veggie stock but nice to know what we can use as a sub
