in March my machine was sent away for repair after displaying an error 34 message.
Yesterday and this morning my machine has displayed an error 32 message. All while creaming butter and sugar. I've tried the old tricks like turning it off and on and it still displayed the message and the motor wouldmt turn at all.

Hi, I've just used my thermy to make a tried and true recipe. On speed 10 it started to make a funny noise, then stopped to repeatedly beep, while flashing error code 32. Not sure what to do now, the consultant that sold me my thermy is no longer a consultant. Any advice would be wonderful.

Mine (with green seal ring also) has just gone in to be fixed I don't remember the error code because I freaked out and just shut it off at the wall. My lid got completely stuck well jammed on and the motor had been making and awful noise lately.

Thank you for your response - I contacted your service team yesterday and they have very quickly organised collection for repair (expecting TNT's arrival today). However, there was no real answer to my question as to what the error code means, other than it suggests an electrical problem. I was asked if my appliance had been exposed to water or power surges - negative to both. I hope this isn't an indication that electrical problem = my problem. I have a house full of Miele, Liebherr and Bosch and I drive a top of the line Audi. My experience is that German technology is not what it used to be and, when things go wrong, high-end manufacturers are the first to duck and weave responsibility. I hope your company proves me wrong...

Just went to do the usual morning banana smoothie in my machine when it made a strange grinding sound, emitted a foul, burning odour and started flashing an error 32. Anyone know what this means and how much grief I am going to have getting it fixed?
Of course, I also own one of the 'sealing ring' machines, so I'm not feeling too kindly disposed towards Thermomix at the moment. Would like to hear from anyone as to how effective their service/repair is. I'm not in the mood for protracted, blame-shifting behaviour from this company right now.
