Hi... Same problem here, TM5 is less than 5 years old... been used loads more recently due to haveing a baby on solids. But suddenly the scales have stopped working. Just flucuate between 0-MAX.

I've tried all the suggested trouble shooting things like: checking feet, unplugging & repluggin in, testing with known weight.

I've got so used to using my Thermomix every day now that I'm no lost!!

Has anyone ever experienced a problem with the scales on their TM5.

We have had ours for less than 2 years, we are 'beginner' chefs and are already on our third set of blades.
We have also noticed recently that the scales don't seem to be working or measuring accurately.
We have our Thermomix on a flat surface. Does anyone have any suggestions on what we can do/try?
