Hi, just wanted to let you know that my scales fluctuate when our home ducted air conditioning is on as the a/c can make my kitchen benches vibrate ever so slightly. When I turn off the a/c the scales are stable. Hope this helps.

Hi. I downloaded the new update software tonight.. And bam.. My scales no longer work.. They fluctuate between zero and Max..
It appears this might be a common issue.. I hope it gets addressed soon. I am in a regional area so just popping into a service centre isn't an option.

I have owned my Thermomix and been a consulant as well I have seen many issues regarding the scales all of a sudden stopped workingor flucuating.
Mine has suddenly done the same thing but I dont think Thermomix is taking this serious it really seems to be a flaw in the Thermomix 5 just out of warranty and bang they suddenly play up I hate to think how much it costs to fix the scales when this shouldnt be happening so many comments on the forum about the scales suddenly playing up and yes there is no dirt on feet and done all the things they say to do to fix this issue doesnet work there is something wrong with them so frustrating I thing a current affair need to hear about it if I cannot get my Thermomix fixed for free or you recall all faulty Thermomix's due to this issue?
