This is definintely not a generic response. And we never want a customer to feel dismissed.

We understand all the comments and have taken them onboard. We will continue to work towards a solution.

Sincerely, thank you for your feedback.

We sincerely thank you for your feedback Mykatrey.

We hear you and are working towards a solution.

This is the generic response you have written (or a variation of) on many posts and comments. It feels customers who are repetitivley saying the same thing are being dismissed. We would like to be able to add comments, tweek recipes, and add recipes from the recipe community onto the cook key.

I recently purchased the cook key to be able to add recipes onto it and have found what everyone is saying, that I can't. It is a hassle using a phone or tablet to access recipes when the machine is able to.

So far all the reipces on the cookidoo website I have not enjoyed. The recipes the family have enjoyed have been from the recipe community, and I cannot even put them onto the cook key. I feel I have completely wasted my money on this product, and am extremely dissatisfied.

I see you have written "It would be great to be able to save notes on Cookidoo however at this stage it is not a function" Hopefully you are listening to the feedback of your customers, as they are the people who are keeping Thermomix in business.

Surely there is many people out there that have bought the Cookidoo thinking that they can eliminate the printed out recipes and multiple cook books on their shelves. Great for space saving and for using less paper. But somewhere along the way Thermomix have decided that these options were not important...

Everyones taste buds are different and I like so many others adapt recipes to suit our tastes. I find it extremly ridiculous that the notes option was removed from the Cookkey and that you can not even print off the recipes to allow you to at least record your changes there.
The only option is to handwrite the original recipe adding your inclusions or exclusions but then there is no pretty pictures, it is not time saving, it is creating more paper wastage and the need for more recipe folders!!
Surely Thermomix, there is a better way?! Why did we, as consumers invest in this product? Because it was a time saver and meant to be adaptable for your personal tastes? It was also going to eliminate the need to buy numerous cook books to fill up our shelves! Really disappointing....

Hi Bev Murrill and Mssparklyjess

It would be great to be able save notes on Cookidoo however at this stage it is not a function.

Cookidoo is your complete library of Thermomix recipes. Your Cookidoo.com.au subscription gives you access to all Australian recipe collections and more than 50,000 global recipes from over all over the world. Each recipe on Cookidoo has been developed and triple tested by a Recipe Development Team.

Using Cookidoo you can save your favourite recipes and create playlists to suit your family. As well as collate your shopping lists. You can search recipes with specific ingredients and cook whats on hand. It is very simple to use.

Secondly, the recipe platform we are currently on, Recipe Community… It is not possible to transfer recipes from Recipe Community to Cookidoo.
Recipe Community is a customer based recipe sharing platform, where Thermomix users (of all walks of life) can share their recipes, find new recipes and convert loved recipes. Here you can create your own collections of recipes by adding them into a category of your choice. You will have permanent access to these collections and can view them any time you visit your profile.

So in short, you can print off or use another device to view your recipe from Recipe Community and cook away.

Hope this helps.

Happy cooking!

So yoiu mean I've =bought a cookidoo but I can't put my other recipes on that, from my created collectitons off this forum... that is ridiculous.

Oh yes it would be wonderful to be able to add notes on Cookidoo. I'd also love the ability to add my own recipes for my
own personal use (and sharing if possible).

while the cookidoo recipes are fantastic, I find myself having to use my personal recipes and notes I've saved on my phone, which is quite frustrating and defeats the purpose of cookidoo.

Yes please, bring Notes back to cookidoo, they where very useful.

When will notes be available to add to Cookidoo? It's a very important but missing feature

Hi Emma222

You might be referring to our two different platforms.

Firstly, Cookidoo is your complete library of Thermomix recipes. When you register with Cookidoo an entire world of recipes can be transformed into recipe playlists, weekly meal plans and customised shopping lists which can be seen on your TM6, TM5 with the help of the Cook-key, sent straight to your smart device or viewed on your computer. Your Cookidoo.com.au subscription gives you access to all Australian recipe collections and more than 40,000 global recipes from over 14 countries. Each recipe on Cookidoo has been developed and tested by a Recipe Development Team.

Secondly, the recipe platform we are currently on, Recipe Community… It is not possible to transfer recipes from the Recipe Community to Cookidoo. Recipe Community is a customer-based, recipe sharing platform, where Thermomix users (of all walks of life) can share their recipes, find new recipes and convert loved recipes. You can create personal collections of recipes in Recipe Community, for example “My favourite Christmas dinners”, “Gluten-free Mains” or in your case “FODMAP favourites’ for instance. This feature can be accessed in your profile under “My collection”. Here you can create your own collections of recipes just by adding them into a category of your choice. You will have permanent access to these collections and can view them any time you visit your profile.

Lastly, the Recipe Development team are always working busily in the background creating new recipes and they are taking note of the request for other collections. However, in the meantime feel free to set up playlists in Cookidoo.com.au and collections in Recipe Community with your favourite recipes and continue enjoying the world of recipes that these different platforms provide.

We hope this helps clarify.

Yes please!!!!! The absence of notes has been frustrating me for some time but I only just got around to actually researching if it exists and how to do it. Disappointed to find it used exist and was deprecated. Have been an owner for years but never even knew it used to exist - in the article it mentioned that it was deprecated due to low usage but that may be more due to lack of awareness than desire!!!). Notes would be INCREDIBLY useful on Cookidoo.

Great to hear as I miss the notes on Cookidoo too. Thanks for your help.

Hi Nikidyns

Thanks for your feedback and we'll certainly pass it onto Vorwerk who develop and maintain the Cookidoo sites globally. It is a handy feature!

Kind regards

Thermomix Head Office

I love that I can add notes to recipes on this site, but would really love the same feature on the cookidoo recipes! Is this planned for the future?
