The EDC one is nice, but too fiddly with too many steps. Mine is much simpler and deliciously light.
Puddings can also be steamed in little silicone cups in the Varoma according to others who've tried the recipe. I haven't tried that yet, but will do soon.

Hi I'm new to the forum and looking for some help. Does anyone have a good sticky date pudding recipe I can do in the TM please?? :)
