This recipe is amazing. I can't believe how much my hubby raved about it. The flavours were divine and I would thoroughly recommend as one to try. I didn't use coriander as hubby doesn't like it.

I found this recipe in the forums Recipe section - Chicken with Coconut Sweet Potato Mash, with Asian Greens and soy ginger sauce.

Having only received my Thermomix yesterday I followed the recipe basically to the letter, however I did not have any fresh coriander so I used lemongrass instead.

This was a beautifully delicious, healthy dish and the instructions were easy to follow..
