      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place butter, sugar and vanilla into TM bowl. Cream together for 15 seconds, Speed 3. Scrape down sides of bowl.

    2. Add 1 egg. Mix for 5 seconds, Speed 3. Scrape down sides of bowl.

    3. Add SR Flour, Milk and Cocoa Powder. Mix for 5 seconds, Speed 6. Scrape down sides of bowl.

    4. Mix again for 10 seconds, Speed 5.

    5. Place mixture into a greased ovenproof dish and set aside.

    6. Don't wash bowl out!

  2. Chocolate Sauce:
  3. 1. Add all Chocolate Sauce ingredients to bowl. Mix for 5 seconds, Speed 4.

    2. Gently pour over pudding batter, you can pour liquid onto back of a spoon to help it spread evenly.

    3. Cook for approximately 35-40 minutes in a 150-160 degree fan forced oven (dependent on how your oven cooks, adjust accordingly. My fan forced oven cooks really hot, so I had mine cooking for 50 minutes at 130-140 degrees.

    4. Serve with ice-cream or cream or both!
