      Recipe is created for
      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

    2. Gently pour over pudding batter, you can pour liquid onto back of a spoon to help it spread evenly.

    3. Cook for approximately 35-40 minutes in a 150-160 degree fan forced oven (dependent on how your oven cooks, adjust accordingly. My fan forced oven cooks really hot, so I had mine cooking for 50 minutes at 130-140 degrees.

    4. Serve with ice-cream or cream or both!

This recipe was one that my mum used to make for us when we were young for a treat for dessert, I have converted her recipe using the TM5. Enjoy!
