- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 485 grams flour
- 4 teaspoons dried instant yeast
- 1.5 teaspoons kosher salt
- 76 grams Butter
- 310 grams buttermilk

- Combine 300gms flour, 3 tablespns sugar, 4 teaspn dried yeast, 1.5 teaspn kosher salt into
"Closed lid"
"Gentle stir setting" 1min sp 2
- Place Butter and Buttermilk in the microwave and cook on high for 1 min until quite warm
- Add buttermilk and butter to the flour mixture mix
"Dough mode" for 2mins
- Add egg and remaining flour 185gms mix
"Dough mode" for 4 mins add more flour until dough starts to leave the side of the bowl
- Leave in the bowl until well risen, tip onto the mat and form into buns 15 72-80gms of dough
- Place into oven set at 30* for about 15-20 mins until risen , when nearly the size you are hoping to achive turn the temperature up to 200* cook for 15-20mins
- Brush tops with butter when out of the oven.
