I used 3 tsp lemon rind instead of the orange rind. 200g sugar. Baked at 200oC for 55 min. So simple and delicious. It comes out like a cake with a soft lemony custard. I will definitely make again. Thanks for the recipe.
I've wanted to make this
I've wanted to make this recipe for ages and finally retrieved the recipe printout. We used 280g sugar (cut back from the original posting of 330g). I note the recipe has been changed to 200g and I reckon this would be better. Our dinner party guests really enjoyed this dessert served with pain yoghurt. I would have preferred a bit of sauce at the bottom. I'm thinking next time of cutting back on the amount of flour to see if that makes a difference. This is a recommended recipe which meets the criteria of quick and easy.

Worked beautifully for me.
Worked beautifully for me. Made using lemons only, 150g sugar, SR flour instead of plain/baking powder, and baked for 55 min in a casserole dish which I stood in a larger dish with water.
Yummy, i just did a lemon
Yummy, i just did a lemon version. Everyone loved it!
Thanks for the recipe, I
Thanks for the recipe, I reduced sugar down to 150g, baked as a big pudding. Next time I'll use ramekins, yummo.

Really yummy! Made gluten
Really yummy! Made gluten free very easily, though I do recommend putting in only 3/4 of the sugar recommended.
Lovely, light and creamy!
Lovely, light and creamy! Big hit, thank you
Absolutely delicious. I
Absolutely delicious. I reduced the recipe to a smaller size and used lemons only, much less sugar, a combination of rice and almond milk and gluten free flour and it came out superb. Definitely a fave and new regular for guests. You can whip it up in no time and then just bake whilst eating main meals then it's ready in an hour just in time for dessert!
So quick, easy and yum! I
So quick, easy and yum! I reduced the sugar to 150g and it was still a bit too sweet for my family. Also cooked it in a water bath in the oven which helped with the sensational sauce being cooked.
Absolutely beautiful. I loved
Absolutely beautiful. I loved the sticky crust that formed. You could half the amount of sugar as it was very sweet. I will definitely be making this again.
Was lovely, and so easy.

Cooked this tonight. Was lovely however didn't separate into a sponge and sauce. But I still liked it - used orange zest and orange juice.
Really tasty. I actually
Really tasty. I actually steamed mine in the varoma and they turned out great although didn't rise as much.
This was my first dessert
This was my first dessert made in my TM! I made it lemon flavour which was just yummy! Soooo much easier than the original
Pudding is quite nice
Pudding is quite nice although a little "eggy" but really easy to make. I made it in advance and it sat on the cupboard for 30min before I put it in the oven. Next time I would bake it straight away to see if it made any difference. I used the 200g of sugar as per the updated instructions and used about 70ml Orange juce and 55ml Lemon. Next time I would use more lemon as per the recipe.
Delicious - was a great hit.
Delicious - was a great hit. I think the only thing I would say is next time I won't give it an extra 10 mins. Still great tho
Loved it! It so takes me

Delicious just like the
Delicious just like the name says.....AND so much easier from the 'olden days' when you had to make it in 3 different bowls and fold in the egg whites etc. I love the way it separates into a crust on the top with sponge underneath and then that lemon delicious sauce - Just another reason to love your Thermi.

Yum yum yum! This pudding was delicious. It separated when taken out of the oven but then the liquid part seemed to absorb back into the pudding. I think it could have to do with the eggs? I used double the amount of orange zest though because I like it a little more citrusy.
Will definitely be making this again!
Yum Yum Yum! Easy too. Used
Yum Yum Yum! Easy too. Used less sugar and ran out of plain flour so had to use SR flour- still worked!
This pudding is great! Hubby
This pudding is great! Hubby loves it & I have made it twice already in the last couple of days! First I did orange & lemon, second just lemon - both times lovely. I found it needs a little extra flour (might just be the brand I'm using) and I also cut the sugar down to about 200g. Thanks for sharing
Really looking forward to
Really looking forward to trying this. Looks great. Thanks!
I made this today, and it
I made this today, and it didn't turn out anything like the picture. It was like a soggy sponge with a crispy top. I even ended up with a layer of fluid on the bottom. Not sure what went wrong!

Very good recipie, so easy. Im a new thermomix user and this recipie is so easy and yummy. Cheers
Made this tonight with gluten
Made this tonight with gluten free flour and cut down the sugar to 300gms but could probably still do with even less sugar. I added in the orange rind as per recipe - it is fantastic and so easy to whip up in thermomix. No more whipping the egg whites seperately for me. Loved the crunchy top!
this is awesome! i didn't
this is awesome! i didn't have orange so just did lemon rind and it was simply divine with whipped vanilla cream for our anniversary dinner!
I made this for my family
I made this for my family last night, cooked in the oven and it was fabulous! I used lemon rind and juice as i had no oranges. Reduced sugar to 300g and it was perfect! will definately be on the hit list. Thankyou
I love this recipe and have
I love this recipe and have made it twice in the last week! My daughter asked for it again tonight...It's her favourite dessert! I loved crust that forms on top as the sugar caramelises (hence I recommending cooking it in the oven rather than the varoma if possible!)I was a little worried when putting it into the oven that it wouldn't thicken (it only has a small amount of flour) but I had faith and it turned out perfectly! A five star recipe!Thank you for another awesome recipe! I will be trying all of your recipes, so keep them coming...please???!!!!
I made this recipe and cooked
I made this recipe and cooked the mixture in the Varoma using a silicon 6 muffin tray and some metal molds. Cooked for 20 mins then checked and cooked for another 10. It doesn't get a nice crust on top, but still tasted great.

hmmm, not sure, great idea, will give it a try
Ok, tried in ramekins, however, has to be baked in oven otherwise you don't get the yummy crunchy golden crust. Reduce time to 40 - 45mins if baking in ramekins.
This will be the first recipe
This will be the first recipe I make when I get my Thermomix. A perfect winter desert.
