Rich And Dark Chocolate Mousse

  • 125 grams light Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Chopped And Softened
  • 100 grams caster sugar
  • 230 grams cream
  • 2 eggs, Separated
  • 1 teaspoon gelatine, Disolved in 1/2 Cup Boiling Water
  • 200 grams Cadbury Dark Baking Chocolate, Melted

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put butterfly in with 2 egg whites and whip for 1 minute 20 seconds/speed 3.5. Remove from TM bowl and set aside.

  2. Add cream cheese, sugar and cream to TM bowl and beat for 20 seconds/speed 3.5.

  3. Add egg yolks, gelatine and melted chocolate and mix for 20 seconds/speed 3.5.

  4. Put butterfly back in then add egg whites to the mixture. Mix for 10 seconds/speed 2 and then Counter-clockwise operation 10 seconds/speed 2. If there is still some lumps mix the rest in by hand.

  5. Spoon mixture in 10 small ramicans and chill for 4 hours.
