- Place biscuts, icing sugar and cream cheese into mixing bowl and blend for 3min on speed 8, stir contents and if still big chunks blend for a bit longer (doesnt need to be smooth paste like just small, little finger nail size lumps are fine).
- Wet hands and get some mixture. Pop a mini marshmellow into the middle and roll mixture around it creating a ball/truffle. Roll in coconut and leave to chill in fridge.
