  • 170 g passionfruit pulp in syrup, canned, drain pips and retain syrup

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. First make a mango coulis by adding mango to your TM bowl with sugar syrup, puree for 5 seconds on speed 5. Pour into a jar.

    Re-add 45-60g of mango coulis to your bowl, then add 45-60g of passionfriut syrup, Bacardi, lime juice and ice. Crush for 30 seconds on speed 5.



To make sugar syrup add 230 g white sugar to your TM bowl and mill 2-4 seconds on speed 9. Add 250 g water. Cook for 5 mins, 100 degrees, speed 1. Allow to cool before using and store in an air tight jar in the fridge.
