Recipe's preparation
- First make a mango coulis by adding mango to your TM bowl with sugar syrup, puree for 5 seconds on speed 5. Pour into a jar.
Re-add 45-60g of mango coulis to your bowl, then add 45-60g of passionfriut syrup, Bacardi, lime juice and ice. Crush for 30 seconds on speed 5.

Tip
To make sugar syrup add 230 g white sugar to your TM bowl and mill 2-4 seconds on speed 9. Add 250 g water. Cook for 5 mins, 100 degrees, speed 1. Allow to cool before using and store in an air tight jar in the fridge.
