ABC apple berry cherry punch

Ingredients

Punch Syrup

  • 1 jar morello cherries (670g), liquid and fruit
  • 1 Large green apple, cored and quartered
  • 250 grams frozen (or fresh) raspberries
  • 100 grams Raspberry syrup (or cordial), I like Cascade brand
  • 100 grams verjuice, optional
  • 40 grams lemon juice
  • 1 tonka bean, finely grated, or teaspoon vanilla essence/ powder

Garnish

  • 1 bottle soda water, to add at end
  • 1 finely sliced green apple
  • 150 grams Fresh Raspberries
  • 150 grams fresh red currants, or other red berries
  • 4 sprigs fresh mint leaves

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add all Punch Syrup ingredients into jug and blend on speed 8 for 1 minute.

    2. Strain through a nut milk bag into a large punch bowl.

    3. Add the Granish ingredients.

    4. Top up with Soda Water.

    5. Add ice cubes as required

Tip

You can make this a more adult version by substituting the raspberry syrup for Chambord liquer and Apple Schnapps
