Tip

DRINK IT FRESH - Don't make it and then let it sit in the fridge as you may lose important nutrients!

The aim for this receipe is for it to be high in vitamins and minerals and low in calories (above recipe is approx. 84 calories) whilst still being delicious and tasty.

Adding or substituting Ingredients isn't a problem but it can alter the consistency and calorie count of the juice. Also depending on the fruit seasons, or how good your produce is you may need to add/reduce the amount of lemon or stevia used. Personally I have used Stevia as a low calorie sweetner but this is optional and other brands/sweetners can be used.

Also if you use alternate apples (I prefer Granny Smiths) but the red apples even golden delicious variety are okay to use in the TMX however they give a thicker more flour-like consistency with your juice.
