  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • 3 heaped tablespoons Cottees chocolate topping
  • 1 can Condensed milk (1 tin or make own)
  • 300ml full fat cream
  • 600ml full fat milk
  • 250 grams Scotch Whisky

Recipe's preparation

    Homemade baileys
  1. Place all ingredients in cold bowl. Tmx. 4 for 30sec. 

    Dont over mix as it can whip cream. 

    Strain, (I used muslin cloth to strain smooth. )

    best before date as for the cream or milk products direct. 

    Best served over ice rocks. 

    Great to put into a pretty bottle and give for presents. 

    Wont last long as its delish.
