Banana, Almond and Honey Power Smoothie

Ingredients

2 portion(s)

Smoothie

  • 50 grams raw almonds
  • 500 grams Whole Milk or Milk of your choice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 bananas
  • 100 grams Nautral Yoghurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Recipe's preparation

    Smoothie
  1. Place almonds in bowl and mill for 20 seconds, speed 9

    Place all remaning ingredients in bowl and mix for 1 minute. speed 9

    This is a delicious healthy breakfast, the almonds make such a difference in keeping me full longer. I halve the quantities and its perfect. Thank you for sharing this recipe.

    Thanks, I love this. I added a tablespoon of rolled oats and milled with the almonds and I would omit the honey next time as it was a little too sweet. Will definitly be a regular for me.
