  • 20 g Rice malt syrup
  • 1-20 g Chia Seeds.
  • 2 frozen banana's
  • 300 g cold milk
  • 50 g Cashews raw

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Break the banana's into 2-3 chunks and place into the bowl.

    2. Add everything else to the bowl

    3. Blend for 1minute on Sp9.

    4. Enjoy!

     

    You can freeze use leftover in popsicles for the kids!  Or in ice-cube trays to use in another smoothie.

     

    Also keeps well in the fridge, doesn't usually separate.

    Great brekkie smoothie. I used honey instead. I halved all ingredients and got a nice size glass of goodness.

    very thick and filling!!

    I had to use what was in my pantry/fridge. Swapped for coconut yoghurt (plain yoghurt), pistachios (cashews) and honey (rice malt syrup).
