      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Iced Chocolate
  1. Add Chocolate (broken into pieces) and 100g of the milk. Heat for 2 mins/60 degrees/Speed 2. You may have to go a little bit longer if your chocolate was refrigerated. It should be runny, no chunks.

    Then, add 2 scoops of ice-cream (approx 50g), Ice and the rest of the milk. Mix for 20sec/speed 8.

Tip

You could add more milk and ice if you didn't like it so rich.
