      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Put the soaked black bean to main bowl add 600g of water 26mins 100c speed 2. Then 30sec speed 6. Then 2 and half mins speed 10( turn from 6 slowly to 10). Then add 1000of boiled water in 30seconds speed 5.

Tip

You can add to 60g of sugar with the boiled water to mix the milk
