Recipe's preparation
- Add gin, lime juice, syrup, blackberries and ice into a clean bowl.
‘Muddle’ for 20 secs/r"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 4.
Divide between 2 highball or collins glasses.
Top with soda water and finish with drizzle of chambord.
Serves 2, but can easily be increased to make 4-6 serves.

Tip
Note: If you can, get a gin with blackberry notes to really make this little sip its best. I used Brockmans, but Google is your friend here…or your gin specialist at Dan’s..
