      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. I make this after cooking porridge with what is left in the bowl, or you can reserve some you made earlier and add to mixing bowl.

    Add milk and fruit.

    Blend for 30 sec/speed 5

    Pour into a glass and drink straight away

Replace blueberries with your favourite seasonal fruit

If you make porridge, but one family member has no time to eat breakfast, this is superfast and can be consumed as they head out the door
