- 3 tablespoons Caramel syrup/topping/sauce
- 250 grams Irish Whiskey
- 400 grams Homemade Condensed Milk, See recipe by Selkcerf0142
- 300 grams coconut cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Paste

Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Add all ingredients to TM bowl and mix 40sec speed 4.
Pour into bottle and refigerate.
Serve over ice cream for a special treat.
This will thicken in the fridge but you can give it a shake and mix it with a little milk to your preference.
