Recipe is created forTM 6
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Rich and Warming
I was excited to discover this recipe as I had just purchased my first lot of ceremonial cacao at a local market and wasn't quite sure how to prepare it.
I only used 25g cacao and 200mL almond milk and it was so rich and creamy. I loved the addition of the Medjool date...just enough sweetness.
Thank you for a lovely, easy recipe❣️
