      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place 40g ceremonial cacao
  2. Place 1 Medjool date
  3. Place 250g milk of choice
  4. Place measuring cup on mixing bowl lid
  5. Cook 6mins, 70 degrees, speed 2
  6. Blend 30secs, gradually increasing up to speed 10
  7. Pour into cup and enjoy!
