Cheries Breakfast Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

1 portion(s)

  • 20 grams raw almonds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoon LSA
  • 1 tablespoon Linseeds, ( i use Sunbeam)
  • 1 Medium Banana
  • 250 grams Lite Zymil Milk
  • 80 grams Lactose Free Yoghurt
  • 30 grams Raw Oats

Recipe's preparation

    Blend/Chop Seeds & Oats
  1. Add to Thermie:

    15 grams Raw Almonds

    1 teaspoon Sesame Seeds

    2 teaspoons LSA

    1 teaspoon Linseeds ( i used Sunbeam)

    30 grams Raw Oats

    30 Seconds, Speed 8 to mixClosed lid

     

    scrape down the sides of your bowl

     

  2. Add Medium Banana ( break up into thirds or quarters)

    Add 250 mls Lite Zymil Milk ( or your preferred milk)

    Add 80 grams Lactose Free Yoghurt ( or natural yogurt)

    **or you can add 80 grams Lactose free Peters Ice Cream if you wat to be naughty!!) 

     

    Mix 30 seconds on speed 8Closed lid
