Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 80 grams Frozen Blueberries
  • 1 Medium Banana
  • 1.5 scoops Sunwarrior Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 160 grams low fat milk, (or milk of your choice - almond, soy etc.)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into TM bowl.

  2. Blend together - speed 8, 60 seconds. 

  3. Enjoy immediately or place in fridge for 10-15 minutes to allow smoothie to thicken.

    I used frozen banana instead of fresh and it was really yummy!
