Smoothie
- 80 grams Frozen Blueberries
- 1 Medium Banana
- 1.5 scoops Sunwarrior Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 160 grams low fat milk, (or milk of your choice - almond, soy etc.)
Recipe's preparation
Place all ingredients into TM bowl.
Blend together - speed 8, 60 seconds.
Enjoy immediately or place in fridge for 10-15 minutes to allow smoothie to thicken.
