Choc mint healthy smoothie

  • 2 pieces Frozen, chopped fruit, Banana, pear or apple
  • 1 Handful of almonds
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 20 grams cacao powder
  • 2 Glasses of chilled water

Recipe's preparation

    Choc mint healthy smoothie
  1. Add frozen, chopped fruit such as 2 bananas or pears or apples, 

    handful of almonds, dates, mint leaves and cacao powder to the bowl. 

    Mix on speed 10 for 20-30 seconds or until all blitzed. 

     

    Add 2 glasses of chilled water and mix on speed 9 for 1.5 minutes

Tip

If you don't have frozen fruit, add fresh fruit and two handfuls of ice

    i literally put an entire bunch of mint in and it's fine, so tasty!
    miss 4 and 1 love it!
