  • 1 mango - peeled and frozen in pieces
  • 6 mandarines - peeled and frozen, or if not in season 3 oranges
  • 1 pinch Vanilla powder
  • 1 pinch ginger powder
  • 1 bottle champagne (sparkling wine)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Insert all ingredients in the order above , except the champagne, and blend for 2 min in speed 5-10.


    Add the champagne and mix with the spatula and serve immediately.
