      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add water, cinnamon, cloves, all spice to mixing bowl, bring to boil 10min/100deg/sp1, mc on
    2. Simmer water for 1min/100deg/sp1
    3. Leave to steep in bowl for 5 mins
    4. Serve hot with mint as desired

Tip

Relaxing, aromatic, fresh herbal tea.
add ~200mL sugar syrup to tea in mixing bowl for a sweet flavour.
