Cinnamon Hot Chocolate

  • 300 g dark chocolate, in pieces
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Vanilla bean paste or extract
  • 1000 g Milk of choice
  • 10-20 g raw sugar

Recipe's preparation

    Method

  1. Add chocolate to bowl, grate 8 seconds/speed 8.

    Scrape side of bowl.

    Add remaining ingredients and heat 10 minutes/80 degrees/speed 3

     

    Serve immediately
