- 100 grams coconut meat
- 100 grams hot water
- 160 grams cold water
- 100 grams cold water

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Add all ingredients to ,except extra 100g cold water.
Start blending for 25 seconds up to spd 9.
Scrape down jug, Blend for 1 minute on spd 9 (can go longer if you wish).
Place a nut milk bag (or cheese cloth) over a strainer into bowl/jug, pour in coconut milk.
Scrape down sides, place extra 100g cold water into, turbo 2 secs a couple of times.
Add to nut milk bag, strain to get all the liquid out of the bag into the bowl.
Refridgerate, shake well before using as it will seperate.
I also dried out the left over flesh to use for something else.
