  • 60 grams Cold Brew Coffee (Mr Bean), If no Cold Brew available, substitute with 2 tsp instant or a double shot espresso

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

    Smoothie
  1. Add all ingredients together and mix on so 7-8 for 30 seconds.

    If making a single serve, here are your quantities:
    80g ice
    30g Cold Brew Coffee, or 1 heaped tsp instant coffee or shot of espresso
    50g coconut water
    125g milk of choice
    1 banana (small one if possible)
    tsp honey

Accessories you need

Tip

Change this up by adding a tsp cocoa for a chocolate version, or or bliz 30g oats before adding other ingredients for a more filling smoothie. This keeps me going right through till lunch time, takes no time to make and is absolutely delish!!!
