- 150 grams ice
- 60 grams Cold Brew Coffee (Mr Bean), If no Cold Brew available, substitute with 2 tsp instant or a double shot espresso
- 70 grams coconut water
- 250 grams Milk of choice
- 1 portion banana
- 1 tbsp honey

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Add all ingredients together and mix on so 7-8 for 30 seconds.
If making a single serve, here are your quantities:
80g ice
30g Cold Brew Coffee, or 1 heaped tsp instant coffee or shot of espresso
50g coconut water
125g milk of choice
1 banana (small one if possible)
tsp honey

Tip
Change this up by adding a tsp cocoa for a chocolate version, or or bliz 30g oats before adding other ingredients for a more filling smoothie. This keeps me going right through till lunch time, takes no time to make and is absolutely delish!!!
