      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Dyerjam19: Yes I tried it without sugar but did not work. I have found 1 cup of sugar is the least you can add. Hope this is helpful tmrc_emoticons.-)

Beautiful, found this a bit too sweet so added 1 cup of sugar instead of 2, still comes out fluffy

Very yummy. Makes a decent amount that will last for quite awhile. Once mixed in a cup of warm/hot milk, it gets a froth just like a latte from the cafe.
